Great take away fish and chips, in Cape Town CBD - R37 ($3) for fish and chips for one person, or R49 ($4) for a huge portion of fish and chips (enough to share between 2 people)

This is where the locals get their fried fish and chips. The spot is a bit grungy but the experience is very local :)

Best fish 'n chips around. Very well priced, with huge portions that taste amazing! A personal favourite is the calamari and chips.

If you arrive here over lunchtime or after work be prepared to wait. The fried hake fish is fresh and delicious!!! A portion of french fries can feed 3-4 people. The fish portion is thick and big. We eat at the side walk tables to enjoy the fish as fresh as possible but takeaway is just as good. My No 1 fish and chip spot.
