DO NOT RENT. Host never responded to messages or phone calls regarding how to access the apartment. We had to find new accommodations for 7 people (3 kids, 2 senior citizens) two hours before arriving in Rome while on the train. Very stressful. Luckily only rented his place for a night, and we were able to find a hotel last minute, but it could have been a very bad situation, and ruin a once in a lifetime trip for our family.

Am fost nevoită să chem poliția, care a constatat situația.Gazda a refuzat să îmi returneze banii și a susținut în mod fals că m-aș fi cazat, ceea ce este complet neadevărat. Din cauza acestei situații, am fost obligată să plătesc mai multe nopți de cazare în altă parte, pierzând bani, timp și întreaga vacanță planificată. Ne-a lăsat în stradă cu 2 copii mici nepasand-ui ! El a luat banii și a dormit bine !! Fugiți de Daniel cat puteți ca s-ar putea să vă strice toată vacanța ! Să vă lase pe drum

The apartment looks great but is not in the same condition as the photos. The walls and the sofa were stained and it had holes in some walls. The host was kind enough to let us leave our bags early and we left for the cleanup. When we returned to the apartment there was still some dirty dishes and one of the bathrooms had a bad smell (maybe the pipes). The biggest problem we had is that by the second day we weren't able to open any doors with the codes that the host gave us. After that we tried making contact with him and explain the issue, but we never received an answer. We had a whole day planned for our trip and it was unfortunately ruined by the issue. One of us had to stay for the whole day inside of the apartment so that when the others arrived we could come in. Due to the situation and the lack of help from the host, we were obligated to cancel our reservation and look for another apartment where we could stay.
