Our stay was disappointing. We understood hurricane repairs were ongoing, but the listing was misleading. Parking was a major issue—we were told we could pay to park at a nearby hotel, but that wasn’t true. When the hotel staff called Sam, the Airbnb property manager, he claimed he didn’t know who I was, even though I’d spoken to him for days. He offered a second spot, but it was taken. The back patio was unusable—furniture scattered, palm debris everywhere, and a washer/dryer hooked up with an extension cord. We got repeated messages about using an outdoor shower that didn’t even work. Beach access was not close—either a long walk or over a mile away. The unit was dirty when we arrived—I had to mop floors and wash dishes. One bed had a huge yellow stain, walls were half-painted, and the TVs barely worked. For $4,000, two rolls of toilet paper and a $195 cleaning fee, it just wasn’t worth it.

Great location with comfortable accommodations. Had everything I needed and the beach was a short 3 minute walk. Sam was very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.

the place was everything we expected. we booked kind of last minute for a trip during the week of the 4th. the host did amazing at making sure we were ready for check in and even checked in with us during the stay.

My stay at the Paradise beachfront was very convenient to the venue I had to get to. The host was very helpful in every check-in process parking, etc. very very professional and has good customer service. We have enjoyed our stay and I would recommend staying and it makes you feel like home away from home.
