The place itself was nice and had a lot of potential, but it could definitely use a little more cleaning and maintenance. It was pretty dusty, we found some things left under the bed and even eyelashes in the living room. When we arrived, it seemed like someone had just pooped in the master bathroom, which wasn’t ideal. A few light fixtures and fans didn’t work either. Overall, it’s a nice space — it just needs a bit more attention to detail and sprucing up.

Eric’s place was just as described. A vary narrow drive way but the other reviews gave me a heads up on that. Kitchen was stocked with enough essentials for us to make breakfast in the beautiful kitchen. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the spacious living room where we enjoyed girl activities like karaoke on the TV. It was close to most everything we wanted to do. Eric was communicative when I had issues getting into the door and fixed the issue right away. 10/10 definitely would stay here again

La estadía fue buena, el anfitrión fue muy comunicativo y flexible con los tiempos. Le pedimos hacer un check in temprano en la mañana y no tuvo problemas con eso. El lugar limpio a acogedor.
