Our tour guide was very fun and friendly and we tried a variety of foods! Most of the stops are along the main tourist strip and I will say I had better food the rest of the trip when I relied on a food blog I found online for local food recommendations. I enjoyed the tour, but it wasn’t the best food of our time in Yogyakarta.

Evelyn was such a great guide and we felt lucky to have her show us around! She took us to lots of delicious and unique food spots that we otherwise wouldn't have dared to venture into. Each spot was different including sweet, savoury, snacks and drinks and we liked this variety. We also really liked and appreciated that Evelyn was able to share lots of interesting insights and facts about Yogykarta and to tell us about her life there. Thank you and hope to see you soon!

Our guide Puspa was lovely. She took us all over Yogya to try unique food and drinks. We got an understanding of the different landmarks and history of Yogya. And ate delicious food. Recommend doing early in your stay to get a feel for Yogya.
