I’ve done a fair number of Airbnb cooking classes and this one was unique. Rather than focusing on just the food’s taste and presentation, we learned four simple but impressive techniques, straight from a creative kitchen. (and the food was high-quality, too)

There was a lot of work put into designing this course and it shows.

Gustavo is an incredibly talented chef, and it was a privilege to learn from him!! To be introduced to pintxos like this I’m now forever ruined as none will ever be as good as what we created together!!

The experience with Gustavo was great! The food was incredible and learning about such „difficult looking“ techniques was great! He takes something as common as pintxos and makes them extravagant with his interpretation of the dishes. I can highly recommend the experience
