This tour was super informative and unique. We loved learning about the history and politics of Mexico. Our host Gustavo was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English and could answer all our questions easily. He also took us to parts of the city that tourists would not usually visit but we still felt very safe.

The tour didn't feel like two hours – the route was interesting and well planned. Isaac is very knowledgeable and critical, but respectful of this part of Athens. The tour, with a short introduction to Athens/Greek history, gives a lot of context. Even a pre-teen (not a native English speaker) was captivated and felt included.

A must do while in Athens. If you are interested in the gentrification of Athens and understanding more about the quirky and unusual things about Athens, this is a great one! Isaac was a very fun host and provides a safe and enjoyable tour through the less known parts of the city!
