For 1 uge sidenJoe is a great host - very interesting knowledge of the area and a relaxed but friendly manner. We got to see a beautiful eve on the lake under the mountain and some of the sunset - he took photos and videos for us to be able to remember the day by which was lovely

For 3 uger sidenThis was a brilliant experience! Our guide, Joe, was very welcoming and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the lake, the wildlife, the landscape and the local area, so it was very interesting to hear his insights and stories. He gave clear instructions to the beginner in our group, (me!), and tips throughout so that I felt safe and then gradually more confident, and so that I could enjoy the experience 😊
We had good craic and definitely recommend this for a safe, fun way to experience the outdoors in beautiful Donegal 🙌✨

august 2025My family and I had a brilliant time out kayaking with Joe. The kids loved the treasure hunt and the view of Mount Errigal was something else. Joe then took the time to take both boys out after and taught them some tricks - they loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area and looking something fun and different to do with the family!
