My husband and I had a blast with Karl-Heinz! Despite the biting chill, time flew by and the 100km was over in a flash! The Flanders region is so beautiful in a peaceful, almost whimsical way and the route Karl-Heinz laid out takes you across some rolling hills that add to the splendor. Initially, I was most hesitant to sign up for this cycling tour due to our lack of experience with cobbles but Karl-Heinz gives you tips and tricks on the best way to "attack" them. One particular segment really rattled my brain though! Oh and climbing the Uur de Muur was lots of fun as well! It's one of my brightest memories of the experience and was commemorated by the photos Karl-Heinz took at the peak! If you're looking at this experience listing and are considering giving it a go, do it! Karl-Heinz has such a fun, exuberant personality that will keep you engaged, smiling, and laughing the whole time :)
