Hensley is a great tour guide and we had a lovely time getting to see Port Louis and understand its history. It’s clear he is close to both the place and its people. A great way to get to know the area!

Hensley is a vibe. Nicely organised private walking tour , especially for female solo travellers. Hensley arrived on time at our meeting point and he immediately gave me a souvenir(was so humbled !).Quite beautiful sight seeing and he has rich cultural history, and funny . So we laughed all the way , he was so friendly . Be prepared to wear proper walking shoes so your feet can breathe because it was so hot and humid . He walked my pace and we stopped to take lots of pics. Many museums to see with a different feel & unique experience . We had boulettes at a local restaurant for lunch , very tasty and nice plus a drink (alouda) now on the way back . He also went out of his way to walk me to a nearby ATM for my taxi and get more souvenir at the craft market . Highly recommended and could do this all over again . The 360 degree eye view pf Port Louis was priceless moments for me. My garmin clocked just over 10 kms for an over 3 plus hours walk , such a nice pace , nice experience!💝

Hensley is an amazing and knowledgeable guide who will walk you through the history of Mauritius so you leave knowing a little bit of everything! It was very informative and I feel like a saw a lot in just a few hours. He also will stop for drinks and things if you need a break.
