The experience was truly one of a kind. Judy very clearly has roots in the community, a wealth of interpersonal connections, knowledge and lived experience throughout the area. The experience leans heavily toward the hospitality and historical background and less on crafting of a perfect dumpling as I had initially thought however the experience was perfectly paced and made for a intimately unique experience.

Judy was very knowledgeable and our tour was full of learning and fun! Our kids (ages 10 & 13) also enjoyed the tour. It was a highlight of our trip and we would definitely go again!

Judy was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely warm in making both my dad and I feel welcome into her world of Vancouver Chinatown. We learnt so much about the place in our 2.5 hours walking tour with Judy and we even met some amazing community members.
