Jessica was our tour guide and was fantastic. There was a mixup between the office and reservation so meetup ended up being about an hour past our original meet up time. The ranger at the entrance to the park was really helpful and actually was able to get in contact with the company. Once we met up with Jessica all positive! She was very knowledgeable about the area and wanted to make sure we understood what we were doing. We ended up getting a personal tour which means we were only as slow as our slowest member of the group. It took us (4ppl including Jessica) about 3 hours to do the entire tour. Rappelling was really cool but definitely scary/exciting. Upon leaving the I got a call from the office expressing how sorry they were about making us wait in the morning. The offered to buy us dinner as an apology. Overall great customer service and great tour.
