Matt & Amy’s place was great! The rooms were comfortable and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was clean and bright. The surroundings were so beautiful and the sunsets were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again when I am back in town.

Matt & Amy were accommodating from the get-go. When our plans fell through at the last minute, they were responsive and flexible with us, making finding a place to stay so easy. Their welcoming committee, a rooster and two outdoor cats (Toothless and Tiga) were a cherry on top. 🙂 The rooster and chickens on the property weren't quiet in the morning, but we didn't mind.
The space is connected to their home, but you have a private entrance. Your space is isolated, separated by a laundry room/mud room that is cushioned between. Your entrance leads you through the laundry room/mud room, down a hall to your space. Two rooms are available and share a Jack and Jill restroom, which was really clean! A microwave and mini-refrigerator were included, along with a hair dryer and hangers. No TV though...
Their place fit the bill for our four-night stay while visiting Melody Mountain Ranch (very close).

Matt & Amy were amazing and our accommodations were absolutely the cutest and most comfortable place for us to stay.

Amazing property!!! Our daughter had 3 weeks until her apartment was ready to move in to and we were not keen on having her stay at a hotel for so long. She’s a graduate student at Tarleton, and this was perfect for her. Within an ideal radius of the college, she was able to get to classes with no issues and the quietness of the location was helpful for her studies. She was just thrilled to have some kitties and dogs to keep her company, as she had to leave her sweet babies behind.
We are hopeful that if we are able to go visit her in Stepheville, we might have time opportunity to stay ourselves.
