Damian is a great host and expert on the Art Deco district of Miami Beach. We had a thoroughly enjoyable tour with him and learned a ton. He was able to modify the pace and length to accommodate my 83 year old stepmom’s walking speed and energy. He augmented the talk with photos that provided historical context and shared fascinating stories of the area, people, culture, and the preservation cause. I highly recommend Damian’s tour.

There is no way to say enough about this amazing experience. Damian is an insightful historian and a talented teacher. He has clearly spent a great
deal of time accumulating his knowledge of architecture, language, and history. He has put the story together in a way that is easy to understand as it comes to life. We learned SO much and the time flew by. We were also impressed by the way Damian thought about his guests' comfort. He utilized many opportunities along his route to stop in the shade, cool off with some air conditioning, and refill your water. This was a perfect morning.
