We had many wonderful experiences during our trip to Italy, but Cristina's cooking class was by far our favorite. We were welcomed into a beautiful cooking space with views of the Tuscan landscape. As we learned how to make a rich ragu and fresh ravioli using local ingredients, many from Cristina’s own garden, we sipped locally made wine and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We also made the most delicious tiramisu and shared a beautiful dinner together with more of the wine. Cristina is knowledgeable and patient, and she and Giuseppe made us feel as though we were spending time with old friends.

I cook often at home, but I still learned tips and tricks I had never thought of before. This was a lovely introduction to Italian home cooking and I’m excited to try the recipes at home.
