This was an extreme hike, especially during the rainy season. I'm 62 and found it very challenging. Well worth the value, as it comes with a meal at the end, which I found very good. Our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful to me and my wife in making sure we could navigate the path to and from the waterfall. The waterfall was very refreshing to swim in once we found our way down to it, and it was very beautiful. Once again, this is not for those of you wanting an easy hike. It was a challenge!

The tour host Esteban was amazing! I brought my 2 children and Esteban did not miss a beat! The communication leading up to the tour was great! Once we arrived, we enjoyed a fresh cup of Costa Rician coffee and got started on our hike. We chose the 2 waterfalls option due to my children being with us. We spent enough time watching nature and at the falls. Afterwards, we enjoyed a freshly prepared lunch with Esteban and were so grateful! I highly recommend for families!
