Tracy and Tim are really great hosts and the off-road experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. We drove through beautiful mountain trails, climbed hills, rode along the Carson River down in bottom of the valley and through many diverse environments in the Pinenut Range and Carson Valley area. I recently relocated here and wanted to gain some local knowledge of the off-road opportunities in the area. Tim and Tracy gave a great narration of everything we were seeing on the ride and the different landmarks we could see from high above the valley. Fantastic experience with good people and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience an unforgettable day in this beautiful country.

Lola’s Little House is a real gem. Tracy and Tim our excellent hosts and went out of their way to make us feel at home for our four month extended stay. Plenty of things to do in the area and highly recommend their OHV tours through the Public Lands.
