Marouane's mom is a great and efficient chief, I don't know how she managed cooking all dishes at once! The Harira taste so good, and it is fun to make msemmen

I took this class on my first day of a two-week trip to Morocco and it was such a wonderful welcome to my time there. Whenever I met other travelers, I recommended this class to anyone going to Rabat. I loved working with Chef Khadija and the food was incredible — this was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The only downside I can say is that it set the standard so high, nothing else came close to being *this* delicious during my trip!
I would recommend not scheduling anything after as the class could go long (I personally appreciated the length and not feeling rushed in any way, but just an FYI for travelers with stricter itineraries).

Great cooking class! We learned how to make chicken tajine and bread in just a couple of hours and were able to ask many questions. Our host was welcoming and laughed with us. We enjoyed our class!
