Had a nice stay at Eric and Shari's home with our Dog. We were mostly there just to sleep at night since we spent most of the daytime at friends' home less than 1 mile away. The bed was very comfortable, the hosts replied very quickly to any questions. I wish I would have checked out the river and their backyard, but we didn't get a chance to. The hosts were very kind and polite.

The place and host are both very nice. We enjoyed the backyard with water access and the pier. The communication was super fast!

The stay was just what we were looking for. The dock to the river was a favorite. We sat in the hammocks and enjoyed the view. The pool was lovely and private. The space was comfortable. Not many near by local restaurants. (We wanted the view and pool for the daytime) We went into Amelia Island for pet friendly restaurants and nightlife. Our hosts were responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay
