Mimmi is amazing. Her home is so cute and inviting. She taught us how to make THE BEST Swedish cinnamon rolls! We had a sound bath while the dough was rising which was so special, she then shared stories and history of Fika, while proving amazing conversation. I 100% recommend doing this class, it’s such a special memory my friend and I have now! I can’t wait to make these at home and keep FIKA alive in the us :)

It was a lot of fun baking with Mimi! She made the wait times fun and interesting using storytelling and sound therapy techniques. It was an experience I’ll always remember.

Mimi was really kind and a fascinating person. We got to learn a bit about the history of Sweden, the Sampi people, and even Santa. It was such an enjoyable and tasty workshop. Thanks for the great experience!
