What an unforgettable night in NYC! I signed up for a pasta-making class and ended up with one of the most fun, delicious, and interactive culinary experiences I’ve ever had.
The evening was led by two phenomenal chefs who brought not only skill but warmth and humor to the kitchen. They instantly made the group feel comfortable and excited to dive in. We were a diverse bunch of 14—families, friends, and even a birthday celebration (me!) which made the atmosphere feel like a big Italian dinner party.
We rolled, cut, and shaped four different kinds of pasta from scratch, then brought it all to life with incredible sauces: a vibrant sundried tomato pesto, a decadent sage butter, and more. Alongside the pasta, we prepared a fresh Caprese salad, gelato and other accompaniments that rounded out the meal beautifully.
The chefs shared tips and tricks we can actually use at home, but what really stood out was the joy of learning, cooking, and sharing food together. Reccomend highly!!!
