This was one of the most impressive dinner experiences in my life, the one before had been Michelin restaurant dinner, and I don’t emphasize! I admitted the unique taste of the dishes that was not hidden under souses or spices. I could feel the taste of every product in the dish separately, and it was totally amazing! What I did like the most: oysters for aperitif were wonderful (fresh and delicious), duck breast (the unique quality, softness and taste), the dessert burrata with caramelized plums in butter-honey sause (unique composition of tastes), carefully chosen cheese selection ( especially Morbier and Fourme d'Ambert, - they’re my favorite now!). I was really impressed: I expected much less than I got! We had also very good rose wine and atmosphere with soft music and pleasant talks. Andres and Ieva are excellent hosts, people with very interesting life and professions. We talked a lot and even lost the sense of time)) thank you so much!

Dining with Chef Andrés and Ava was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely welcome in their cozy apartment. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed, with soft music, beautiful table settings, and the kind of warmth that makes you feel like you’re among friends.

The French-Mediterranean meal Andrés prepared was absolutely incredible — every course was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You could tell how much passion and care went into each dish. Ava was the perfect hostess, making sure every detail was just right and sharing great conversation throughout the evening.

It felt less like a “dining experience” and more like being invited into the home of two wonderful people who truly love what they do. We left full, happy, and so grateful for such a special evening.

This was such a delightful experience! While the food was truly excellent, the real highlight was the company. I met lovely people, and our conversation flowed effortlessly throughout the evening – it made the night truly special.

The menu was impressively well-crafted French cuisine. We started with drinks, charcuterie meats, and fresh local melons. The main course featured perfectly cooked duck with a delicious orange sauce and a cheesy gratin that was absolutely delicious. Dessert was stunning – plums with burrata and truffle, a combination I never would have imagined but loved. We ended with a cheese platter showcasing the greatest hits from France.

The menu is thoughtfully curated, and the entire experience was lovely from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional food while meeting wonderful people!
