I have been in Quito a few times but staying at Erika’s place was one the best ones, besides being a local, she is very knowledgeable about the world because of her travelling experiences, therefore, she is very understanding and helpful with travelling topics.
Her place is very clean, peaceful and neat, the room and amenities are comfortable enough to make you feel at home while travelling and her mama’s “ Humitas” (corn flour mixed with saffron and cheese) are delightful and an excellent way to begin the day.
I am certainly staying at Erika’s place if I am lucky enough to be back in Quito.
