Penny is so knowledgeable about cheese! She took into consideration our preferences and we had a lovely tasting. She certainly knows her craft! It was such a usual experience and I highly recommend you try this when in Sydney. 5*

You meet at a cute spot on a nice street with a lot of local businesses. The staff is very helpful and Penny is extremely knowledgeable. She reached out to us prior to the meeting to inquire about dietary restrictions and food preferences. Every part of the day was thoughtful from cheese choices to even the bread she ordered. A total focus on Australian cheese was exactly what I wanted out of the experience. She judges cheeses and is very professional but also has a light and easy personality which helps with any group nerves. Everyone was talking by the end. Would definitely come back and try again!

Meeting Penny at her cheese shop was such a joy! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and even an international cheese judge. I didn’t know much about Australian cheese going in, but tasting cheeses from four different states was such a great introduction to the cheese culture here. We learned about the cheesemaking process, why Australia is known for its washed rind cheeses, and discovered some artisan varieties you can only find here. Such a great experience, I’d definitely come back to try more!

Penny was an excellent host - warm, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable about all things cheese. She created such a fun and interactive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and sharing their thoughts.
