We had an incredible time with Maurizia during the class and learned how to make classic risotto in two different flavors. She was personable and made it feel like we were just normal guests in her home. The meal was 10 out of 10 and an experience was phenomenal.

The best ever experience in air bnb! Maurizia is just so bubbly, friendly and accommodating . She treated me like a family throughout the experience instead of a guest. The fact that she gives an ultimate 100% in teaching the true Italian risotto while incorporating all the crucial steps is just spectacular. I would rate this experience 100/10 if given a chance as I’ve not only made a perfect risotto this evening, I’ve also forge unforgettable friendship. You can also clearly see she does this experience out of pure passion and with that, this experience deserve to be charge way higher than it already is. This is definitely the best takeaway I have from Rome,Italy and I highly recommend those who wants to learn the perfect Italian risotto + an ultimate experience to attend this! Thank you Maurizia! This was truly an amazing experience! A highlight of our trip to Rome and really made this trip a special one. Maurizia was so welcoming from the moment we arrived. She is a terrific teacher and guided us as we made our risotto - definitely hands one. We learned the why and the how of making a great risotto. We had a wonderful evening of cooking, eating, and conversation . I highly recommend this experience!
