Visit the Historic Ludlow Theater, now home of Bircus Brewing Co and the Bircus Grille. Live music and circus performers are frequent. Wood fired pizza. Conveniently located a minutes walk from my Airbnb.

OK, just up the street a couple of miles, you'll find the quirkiest brewery you'll ever visit: Birkus not only offers several home-brewed beers and oven-fired pizzas, but circus performers will serve and entertain you during your stay. By all means, visit this local legend if you can!

Great local brewery. Beers are unique and high quality. Pizza is sold every day they are open other than Wednesday (good to know). Their pizzas are just as tasty as their beers.
