Don't laugh. If the sign were not out front, you would think this was an upscale gym. Sunrise yoga on the roof deck (maybe not in the Fall/winter) is my fave.

Awesome family-friendly gym with tons of classes, from zumba to yoga, even cooking. Lots of great activities for kids.
