Beautiful local beach. 10 mins drive. Lovely 40 minute coastal walk between the two piers. Co- la - la do good Asian food to take away. The Crúscín Lán does good traditional Irish food and hotel staple dishes. The Ceardlann is a gorgeous craft village where local artisans sell their work. Authentic, Irish handmade gifts of a high standard. Well worth a visit! Small but great little supermarket at the Texaco service station. Pharmacy, gift shop, pubs and restaurants too.

Enjoy this wide sandy beach in front of the craft center. Views of the Burren and the Clare hills. Note that there are steep steps down to the beach.
