We are a sustainable restaurant with the only wood fired grill on the island of St Thomas. We support local farming, fishing and have implemented a “zero plastic” program. We also have a responsible waste program as well as onsite garden and composting. We do our best to create simple, delicious dishes from organic ingredients. Farm to table restaurant with a special wood fired grill and open kitchen. The bar has a craft cocktail menu that uses fresh herbs from a vertical garden. Lovely views of St. John from the restaurant deck. Try the fresh mahi maki grilled on a wood fire. A variety of foods on the menu and specials every day. Amazing! I would show up early if you don't have reservations. Bookings are emailed or texted.

Tucked away at Pools and Pavillions this GEM is DELISH! Chef/Owner Alex works hard at creating flavorful dishes with healthy locally sourced ingredients. Made from scratch all their drinks and dishes are packed full of color, flavor and heart. Also a great romantic spot to dine.
