Beautiful safe sandy beach, a favourite of King George III, with Italian ice cream and donkeys! Working harbour with lift-up bridge for tall masts - sit and watch the world go by. Great restaurants and cafés. Walk or drive to the Isle of Portland for great views of Chesil Beach and the Fleet ( a lagoon - great for bird watching).

Weymouth is a traditional seaside destination, has three miles of sandy beach & a fine Georgian promenade. There are plenty of restaurants, bars & cafes in town & some beautiful walks to help work up an appetite.

Lovely soft white sand and wide promenade within walking distance. Seafront leads to the harbour in one direction, and Greenhill Gardens and Lodmoor Country park if you take the other direction.
