Delight in their latest offering of L’Ormarins Methodé Cap Classiques (MCC) paired with various flavours of nougat which is guaranteed to get your taste buds tickling. Three of the estate’s L’Ormarins MCC have each been paired with handmade artisanal nougat. Each variant of nougat has been made to help bring out a specific characteristic found in its MCC partner which in turn perfectly complements the wines to showcase the drink’s versatility in its ability to partner with food.

Absolutely loved the tasting here. The tasting room is modern and small, the service is exceptional and the wines are amazing. I did the cheese and wine pairing and it was by far the best cheese and wine pairing I've ever done. The explanations of the wine were great. I really enjoyed every single cheese with the fontina and Gorgonzola being most memorable.
