Located inside the Kinley hotel in Southside, through a hidden bookshelf entrance, one will find The Company: Chattanooga’s newest best kept secret! The Company is a speakeasy with great cocktails and food! Make a reservation online or call the hotel prior to your visit!

I know you are staying in an Airbnb, but I'm not sending you to a hotel for the stay. They have a fantastic speakeasy in the back, but you won't find it on Google maps. Just go in and say you are there for the bar. You may want to call ahead as it is a small space and fills up quick on weekends.
