Michelin-listed Okonomiyaki restaurant. A must-try in Hiroshima. There are many uprising new style Okonomiyaki but this place offers the most standard, authentic one! You can choose either "Soba (chinese noodle)" or "Udon" for noodle, and add toppings as you like. Our personal favorite is to add "Ikaten (deep fried, dry squid)". "Shiso (herb)" is also good!
