In Anika Bali Cooking Class, you will learn the techniques and become familiar with the fresh herbs, spices, and other ingredients that make Balinese food delightfully tasty as well as nutritious and cleansing. The day starts early with a guided tour through Kuta's traditional Market to explain the use of traditional herbs, spices and provide insights on local culture. Breakfast is then served at Anika’s. Then the real fun begins. The instructor helps prepare a complete menu based on Balinese recipes - nine main dishes and one dessert. Then these dished are eaten for lunch accompanied by the traditional drinks of hibiscus tea and Balinese rice wine
