Don't miss out on a Danish favorite! If you have a sweet tooth you should try the Danish "flødeboller". They are made from egg white foam covered in chocolate and set on a base. At Summerbird the base is marcipan which makes it even better.

The best chocolate Denmark can manage. Try their small 'flødeboller'. Chocolatecoated yumminess with a marzipan bun. Go go go!
