Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Ho personalmente realizzato alcuni particolari dell’arredamento quali: lampadari, tavolo, panca, mensole, porta, testiera del letto, lavandino, per rendere questo appartamento unico ed accogliente. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina è la sala pranzo. È presente un microonde/grill, tostapane, macchina del caffè, lavastoviglie, aspirapolvere, asciugacapelli, lavatrice/asciugatrice. C'è un letto matrimoniale e un divano-letto, ottimo x 2 adulti, o 2 adulti e 2 ragazzi.

Cesa del Panigas - IL NIDO

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco a 1500 mt, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con 2 ulteriori posti letto. In the attic, the living room provides a cozy space to relax in tranquility.

With a view of the Alps, the studio apartment Biohof Ruances in San Cassiano is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
