This villa is perfect for the family beach vacation! We have little ones ourselves, so we've got all the gear needed to make this a comfortable and relaxing stay. We LOVE this villa because of its screened in porch, FREE TENNIS, and proximity to the beach. The screened in porch allows you to enjoy breakfast and happy hour free from mosquitoes and close enough to hear the waves! The beaches are far less crowded than other areas of the island, and it's very close to Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza.

This is a cottage/bungalow the ceilings are a little lower than normal.

There are walking trails. It's located about 3 miles from downtown Bluffton and about 5 miles from Hilton Head Is. Full sized fridge, and full kitchen. There are also goats, pigs, geese, chickens, and squerrals.
