Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda per chi vuole visitare Venezia. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri. Da qui si raggiunge il centro storico di Venezia (in 25 minuti) e la stazione ferroviaria (in 20 minuti). I bus sono frequenti. La via dove si trova è estremamente silenziosa e vicina a un piccolo parco. Il quartiere è tranquillo. Questa mia bella esperienza con i viaggiatori di tutto il mondo ha avuto inizio nell'anno 2013 e da allora, con piacere, offro una ospitalità discreta ed amichevole

Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.
