My place is close to the airport, to the bus station and to the subway as well. Within 200 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, mini markets, supermarkets and restaurants. I can arrange the transfer from/to the apartment by private car (extra charge). Government, Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)

Η γειτονιά είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική καθώς υπάρχουν πολλά καταστήματα (super market, φούρνος, φαρμακείο) σε κοντινή απόσταση. Πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό λεωφορείων. 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Ωνάσειο.

A spacious and full of light apartment (60 square meters), 100 meters away form a well organised sandy beach and nearly 30 kilometers away from the Ancient Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion (one of the most impressive and important archaeological sites after the Parthenon). Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.
