Car available for rent during your stay.

On the beach...!

The small apartment is located on the beach, in the center of the city.Very close to restaurants, cafes,bakery,grocery and pharmacy.There are also beach bars,surf clubs with umbrellas and chairs.The bus station is 2' away while the distance from the Rafìnas port and the airport of Athens is 5km, and I can arrange a taxi for your transfer at any moment.The apartment has two rooms with one double bed and one sofa-bed,one bathroom and a kitchen.Can accommodate 4 people.I be will be glad to see you!

Η “Caja De Anthea" με mini pool βρίσκεται στην Αρτέμιδα (Λούτσα), 500m απο ήρεμη , αμμώδη παραλία. Διαθέτει εξωτερικό bbq και ξυλόφουρνο, τζάκι και θέρμανση. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η Vila είναι ιδανική για επισκέπτες με ανταπόκριση (transit). Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

Άμεσα προσβάσιμο στα εκθεσιακά κέντρα, Metropolitan Expo και M.E.C. Επιπλέον ο χώρος μας βρίσκεται κοντά στο Αττικό Ζωολογικό Πάρκο και στο εμπορικό κέντρο McΑrthur Glen. Ο χώρος προσφέρεται για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά, κατοικίδια, ζευγάρια, παρέες φίλων και επαγγελματίες.

The apartment is located directly above the port of Rafina offering a stunning view of the port & the opposite island of Euboea! From the port there is ferry connection to many islands such as Euboea, Mykonos, Tinos, Santorini, Andros etc. The airport is 11 km away (transfer is possible by arrangement) & there is a bus line connection and taxi station only 150 meters away from the apartment. Also just steps away there are many restaurants, cafeterias and super markets.
