It’s an ideal getaway destination for someone who wants to explore the great city of Athens. The property is in walking distance from all the major attractions, significant archaeological sites and downtown trendy areas such as Monastiraki, Plaka and Syntagma.

Close to the center of Athens, the station of metro in Monastiraki is 5 station far away from Moschato station (in the green line-M1). Moreover, Moschato is near with only 2 station far away from Pireaus station and there you can take a ship for a variety of greek islands. In a heartbeat away from Moschato you find Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and further little port in Kastela city.

Very close to bus stop (3 mins on foot) and approximately 1 km away from metro station "Anthoupoli". It is equipped with anything a guest may need and can accommodate up to 5 people. On second floor, safe, quite, modern and with 2 balconies. The apartment was built in 2010.

Your floor, in the heart of the Artists Quarter in Athens, includes a two spacious bedrooms, a reception area, a luxurious bathroom and two balconies. The whole floor is air conditioned in the summer and has underfloor heating for the winter. Also the street outside is very quiet. If there are one or two of you booking we expect you to take just one room. If you’d like the second then it’s just a little extra to cover our cleaning fees.
