Xyla Beach Studio 4 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.Resting for one week in this house will make you feel like you have rested for a full month. Some guests say that the photos do not justify the place. It is a lot nicer being here in person.
