L'appartamento si trova a piano terra,è composto da soggiorno-cucina, camera matrimoniale, camera singola doppia (per un totale di 4 posti letto), bagno ed un piccolo sgabuzzino dove riporre gli sci, le valige..Presenza di televisori, radio, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, asse da stiro, lavatrice, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè americano, frigorifero e freezer. Parcheggio adiacente all'appartamento. Gli animali sono i benvenuti.

Wir befinden uns in einem kleinen und ruhigen Dorf im Wipptal 3 km südlich von Sterzing, auf ca. 1000m Meereshöhe . Ca. 90 qm Erdgeschoss: Küche mit angrenzendem Steinkeller, Wohnzimmer, Tages WC. Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelbettschlafzimmer, Abstellraum, Badezimmer (2 Waschbecken, WC, Bidet, Dusche und Badewanne) Garten: Grill, Essgelegenheit und Liegewiese. Benutzung der Waschmaschine nach Absprache. Hochwertige Massivholzeinrichtung. Autoabstellplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.
