Our Cycladic residence was built with love and care at a unique side of Tzia island. With large open spaces, the kids will play non-stop and you will rejuvenate! Here, your vacation will be full of comfort, safety and much needed serenity!

Xyla Beach Studio 3

Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.
