A perfect place to relax with the whole family with all necessary amenities such like a brand new bred & mattress. The location is pretty close to areas such as Lagonisi, Varkiza and Vouliagmeni. Plus, it is 5’ distance from a pharmacy, super market, fuel station, and the sea. Also, it’s pet friendly! That means you can bring your favorite pet with you and let it run and play in the backyard.

Right beside the building lies a lovely park for great dog walks, really safe, a super market Sklavenitis, with everything you need, amazing vegetables right beside the super market, (25is Martiou). At night? Winter, spring, autumn or summer, Plateia Eleftherias, a 5 minute walk, great restos and coffe shops, really cool over the Summer.
