Our house is a cosy comfortable cottage with a large outdoor area for our guests to enjoy ,we are only 6 kilometres to the city centre with great transport links by bus & tram to the city centre & beyond we have coffee shops ,restaurants , pubs & a large supermarket all about 5 mins walk from here , The bus stop is 2 mins away across the road from us & the tram station is a 10 min walk with trams going into the city every 5 mins or less , Our aim is make guests as comfortable as we can ,

The back bedroom is a romantic room with brass bed and comfortable chair. The front bedroom is spacious room with a king size bed. Both rooms will share the adjoining large modern shower room. All 3 rooms are on the one level. Breakfast is served downstairs between 8-10am.
