Local Hilltop shops a 2 min walk , 700m stroll to Paradise Beach to see the sunset over Pittwater and 1.6km to Avalon ocean beach and main village shops cafes, wine bars etc. There are 3 queen size beds, open plan kitchen, lounge area, modern bathroom and reverse cycle air-con in the main living area and outdoor paved dining area with bbq.

Palms Reach, a lovely, characterful, weatherboard home, set amongst gum trees and palms, is in a very quiet street just a two minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Avalon Beach, Careel Bay, Avalon shops, Cafes and Restaurants. Birdlife abounds...wake up to the sounds of kookaburras, magpies and lorrikeets. We have a 8 year old Labradoodle named George. He loves everybody and everything...he will, however, be kept completely separate from your space, unless of course you would like to meet him.
