Our shabby chic apartment is extremely cozy and includes a/c. This space boasts two outdoor seating areas and a lush island garden to enjoy. Soft bedding and pillows abound. Our apartment includes a separate bedroom with a comfy queen sized bed. There is a small refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Oak & Avo RV-Carpinteria Foothills Mountain View

This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced and private. It really feels like it's own space. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio. We are pet friendly, however there is a pet fee of $20 per pet per night.
