Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Venite a rilassarvi in questo appartamento soleggiato, situato al secondo piano. Dal poggiolo avrete una magnifica vista delle montagne che ci circondando e del lago davanti a noi. Avrete a disposizione due accoglienti camere da letto con letto matrimoniale, un bagno recentemente ristrutturato, ampia e luminosa zona cucina/soggiorno. Cencenighe è in posizione strategica in quanto dista pochi km dalle principali stazioni sciistiche di Alleghe, Falcade, Zoldo.

Appartamento a piano terra nel cuore delle Dolomiti Agordine. Il posto auto è privato e sempre disponibile. L'entrata è privata, si mettono a disposizione 2 camere da letto, la prima con letto matrimoniale, la seconda 2 letti singoli, i due bagni sono dotati di doccia, quello principale anche di vasca. Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".

Two bedrooms, one has a service bathroom, one double and one triple, bathroom renovated in 2015 with shower, hair dryer and washing machine. Large terrace with chairs, small table and deck chairs and clothesline.

Nestled among the stunning Dolomite mountains in Val Gardena (Gröden), the studio Apartment Mirko is situated in the holiday accommodation Haus Kostner in the village of Santa Cristina and offers incredible mountain views. Located on the 1st floor, the cosy studio apartment consists of a bright living space with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a dining table and one queen size bed as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The wooden floor and the wood stove in the center of the living area convey the warmth of the environment. A cozy and intimate atmosphere for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

On the top floor of a prominent 1950s building, with a magnificent view of the Ampezzo Dolomites and the Olympic ski slopes, we offer a design studio enriched with historic furnishings showcased at the 11th Milan Triennale in 1951. The bathroom and kitchenette are fully equipped.
