It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Our family-friendly home rests on the foothills of Mt Helix, 15-20 mins to downtown and beaches. Your space is a converted 2-bdrm basement unit with private entrance and access to a large patio, play area, backyard w/ pool and spa. You are steps away from a beautiful nature trail and park; Estrella County Park. Our family of 3 lives above the unit and we strive to provide a wonderful, relaxing stay for our guests. We are close to all that San Diego has to offer without the chaos of the city.

Valley View Garden Suite

Kick back, relax, and enjoy the view in this delightful, 1 bedroom w/ livingroom suite. 20 mins from beaches, downtown, Sea World, Zoo. 2 mi to Grossmont Hosp, 8 mi to SDSU, 3 mi to Gillespie Field The suite is attached on the side of a house. But it is completely separate and has its own private entrance. The back patio & side breezeway are just for you. The rest of the backyard is private for owners only. Our brand new camper has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located close to grocery stores and all San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.
